- The only minus points are the renovation currentyly going on and it was not made clear about the parking facilities and that we would have to park and pay at least a five minutes walk

+ The view on the green wood was wonderful, the location (near the station) perfect and the breakfast really great. We had a very good stay.

- Along the corridor in area no smoking there was smoke of cigarettes and on the floor of terrace there were a lot of cigarettes butts. It better to clean the terrace.

+ An excellent hotel which, despite building work and reconstruction all around, has both a professional and a welcoming atmosphere. Delighted to see so many non-smoking rooms/floors; these are often in short supply in other hotels (especially in the Netherlands). My only small problem (the plug in the washbasin didn't work) was dealt with efficiently and promptly. I didn't use the breakfast/restaurant facilities but will certainly return to experience these. I can recommend this hotel to both business and leisure users.

- Why did I smell smoke in the 7th floor lobby when this and most other floors are non-smoking? Impossible to check everything I assume.... Don't let this put you off staying here. Why, after a major refurbishement, is there still a bath with an awkward step-in shower in the excellent and luxurious bathroom? I would have preferred a walk-in shower and no bath. But I accept that a bath is still seen as a luxury feature of better hotels - but not for me....

+ Excellent hotel.

- Because of the surrounding construction, the hotel entrance is hard to find (especially for tired travellers!). Bigger signs would be appreciated.

- It would be nice to have thin sheets in the bed so we are not too hot during the night.

+ Right next to Den Haag Centraal train station. I worried that it might be noisy or low quality. It was quiet, clean, extraordinarily convenient. Bikes for rent at the station made for easy time getting around Den Haag.
