+ The hotel staff were generally courteous and attentive which made for a welcoming stay. The selection of food at the breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh fruit and yogourt including plenty of hot food. During one day, free bottled water was left in my room due to construction (the water taps had been turned off during an afternoon).

- Notwithstanding the star rating of the hotel, cleanliness (maid service) was lacking on certain days. During my stay at the hotel, there were several renovations taking place which made for a noisy stay at times. I had requested wake up calls at various points during my stay but on at least three occasions, I either didn't receive the call or received it too late!

+ Excellent staff!! We were treated quite well. The location was central to everything that we wanted to do and see. The room was very large and comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased. Thank you.

- I felt that it was a rather expensive stay. The bathroom (toilet area) had a funny odor. The restaurant didn't seem to be open often enough. There were times we would have had a drink or food at the hotel, however, it was closed.

+ The hotel was in a great location, next to some lakes on one side and cafes, restaurants and shopping on the other - hard to beat ! The staff were really friendly and exceptionally helpful - the best !

- The website should show the cost of the hotel's car parking. This was ¤20 per night, equivalent to about 20% of the cost, so not insignificant

+ - excellent location - very friendly staff - nice interior of the lobby, restaurant, staircase

- - poor quality and limited offer of the breakfast buffet (bread and pastry were not fresh), it's well edible but unacceptable in a 4-star hotel - age (i.e. some very slight damage already) of some of the room's furniture - lack of some very information at the reception (when I asked about which tram I could take to one of the big conference centers in town, by the way located at one of the Corona hotels, I was send in the wrong direction) - poor ventilation in the room

+ Excellent service- everyone was very helpful and friendly. This was a major plus. Excellent location.

- Rooms could have had a more modern look and feel (I seem to remember they were renovating however).

+ Very central,staff very pleasant,price very good for location if improvements have been made to decor and furnishings. We hope to stay again in October.

- Not very clean and quite shabby, but was being refurbised during our stay. A lack of any services after 7pm.
