+ Location, location, location - easy to get to everything, walk to the beach, cinema, casino, tram and bus stops just around the corner. Rooms were clean. Would not stay here a week but for a quick weekend or over night it is perfect.
- Breakfast is not worth having, you can go onto the beach and have a very nice breakfast for a lot less, in a nicer setting. Rooms are minute - but in the end you are not there to stay in the room.

- Room was close to staircase and fire-door and people entering and leaving made a constant loud noise. Upon request for the use of an ice-bucket one of the staff members proceeded to fetch an ice-bucket, and I saw the staff member with the ice bucket in his hand, however another member of staff then told the person not to give the ice bucket, and the member of staff then came to tell us they do not have ice-buckets - even when I saw the person standing with the ice-bucket in his hand. On the second night there was only one set of towels, eventhough I booked a double room - I requested this to be rectified, however this was not done. On the third night the same situation occured again.

+ The staff quickly game me a new room, which happened to be better, for the same price.

+ The location. Nice employees
- Before we have been in Ibis Scheveningen, we've been in Ibis Den Haag and i thought there was a big quality difference between the two. Although Ibis Scheveningen is very wel located I wouldn't quikly go back there. But I would consider going back to Ibis Den Haag. It's a shame to see a hotel in this location a bit neclectet.
