+ ...extremely helpful & courteous staff... ...love the 'pod' style bathrooms...extremely clean...powerful showers with plenty of hot water..
- ....would v much like to see tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.....it's time to change the room TVs for large modern LCD flat panels ! ...would also like to see a room minibar...

+ Very clean, tidy, organised, efficient and friendly.
- The only minus point i have really was not too do with the quality of the hotel or anything like that maybe it was just a typing error. When i got mt receipt back fromm paying my bill my address was very different from what i previously stated was my address. Instead of Ireland being my country it was changed to the United Kingdom so where did that come from?? Maybe it was the German Hotel just making a typing error.I don't know why this happened.

- The person on reception when I checked in was unaware that arrangements had been made in advance by my company to cover my bill. This lack of communication between the Ibis reception staff led to time-wasting and aggravation while the matter was sorted out.

+ Everything the room had was high quality
- Only basic features in room - i.e. no bath or iron - however given the quality of what was there, the location and the price, we were more then happy

+ Very pleasant, helpful staff. Clean and cheerful rooms. Good location.
- Quality of food in the hotel retaurant. We decided to try the 'A La Carte' menu as the posters around the hotel showed good quality food. We were very disappointed with the meals, which were not of the same standard as portrayed in the posters. We would not now eat in the restaurant were we to stay in another Ibis hotel.

+ A very nice hotel, I'd stay again.
- I stayed two nights and they changed my soap after the first night! Is it just me or does this seem a little wasteful? I'd washed my hands only three times. Silly. They also locked me out of my room after the first night as I'd payed cash up front and they didn't tell me the correct ammount and I had to pay the little extra I owed them (about 15EUR) before they'd let me back into my room. They could have just asked.

+ The hotel is conveniently located - near shops and restaurants and public transport routes, including the Central Station. It is clean and modern with good basic facilities. The cost of the accommodation compares well with other hotels of the same standard. The breakfast is fine - nothing special - just bread rolls and cereals - but probably just what you need to start the day. Overall, the hotel is a good one and I would not mind staying there again.
- The restaurant in the ground floor is too small to cater for a large number of people and only offered a limited number of basic meals. The hotel has only two small lifts for its customers which are inadequate for the large number of people who stay at the hotel. The cost of breakfast is not included in the cost of the accommodation which could be a problem for people who have a limited budget.
