- Currently awkward to get to, but this should improve as the tram system extension is completed. Not much of a vegetarian selection in the restaurant.

+ The room was spacious, clean and with a good layout. The staff was curtious and effecient.
- The the multi purpose bar was not very inviting and the atmosphere was rather desserted. Good have used a couple of street signs to navigate with, it was not entirely easy task to find the way to the hotel.

+ Nice design concept. Good location for office and Ministries.
- I tried to book direct, but their desk said they had no rooms available anymore. However, I was able to book via Hotels.nl!! So I called them afterwards, explaining this, and the girl was very vague, basically saying that they were overbooked, but that in case there were no rooms 'we would be well looked after'. This didn't sound like something I wanted to hear, with three business contacts coming with me from London and India...And in the end they refused to give us the company discount rate because we booked via hotels.nl, ignoring the fact that booking direct didn't seem possible! Useless.
Girl at desk had no clue about price of gym or opening times. I seem to remember that their website states the place has a gym, which it hasn't. The next door office building has a gym which incurs a (hefty) charge.
