+ good service - The staff courteously offered to change the smoker's room for the next available non-smokers if it wasn't OK for me - which is all I could ask. The room was large and well presented with easy chairs which was nice. The bar very comfortable.
- My only real concern was that I had a smokers room because I checked in around 12.30 and it was the only one available. While to room smelt acceptable I later found the corridor was quite smokey. I would have preferred a less-expensive and smaller breakfast option in the morning.

+ Everything else was fine and we really enjoyed our stay!
- While buying a drink in the bar, i noticed a mouse running along the kitchen floor which i reported to the barstaff. This unfortunate event stopped us having food in the restuarant!

Novotel Den Haag City Centre is located in the oldest shopping arcade The Passage of Holland, just in front of the Dutch Parliament buildings.
